Hi, today I cancel my suscripción because I got confused with what I was needing to pay, 

When I will get my money back?

Did Dropbox say you'd get your money back when you cancelled? Remember that Dropbox doesnt do refunds unless legally required.

 

If it did it'll take 3 - 5 working days to hit your card

It says they did a refund to my account, but the money is not there.
