Bought a plan on the wrong Dropbox account

Auto log in logged me into my backup Dropbox I forget to delete everytime and I accidentally paid on it on the wrong plan instead of the correct plan for my correct account this passed Sunday. I’ve tried emailing them and customer support on the phone acts as if they can’t process a refund for it. What should I do?

Hi there @Crazyboydizzy, I'm sorry to hear about the situation!

 

As you mentioned reaching out to our Support team, can you let me know the ticket number that you received (eg. #1234567) so that I can check on this from my side?

 

Just to note, the Business subscription is the only plan that has access to phone support with our team, and after the call you should have received an email with this ticket number.

Why is it this hard to get a refund and buy another plan. This is crazy.
