Re: Bug message about space

Dropboxer

Hello there @Suelotto  - welcome to our forums!

Can you please let me know what seems to be the issue here?

All I can see is that your account is over quota due to shared files (or folders).

Generally speaking now, when your Dropbox account is over quota then only syncing stops. Nothing will be removed and syncing will resume when you bring your account under quota again.  To get your account under quota you can do any of the following:

  1. (as the red banner states) upgrade your account –you can check out www.dropbox.com/plans for other information.
  2. Increase your quota using referrals bonuses or other promotions.
  3. Leave the shared folders that put you over quota (you can ask the original owner to share a link to those instead so they won't take up space on your account - note that shared links are for view rights only though - not edit ones).
  4. Move files that don't need to sync out of your Dropbox folder.

I hope this information helps and please let me know if you have any more questions!

11,54 GB de um possível 4,75 GB. Em outras palavras, você está usando 6,79 GB mais do que sua conta pode aguentar.

11.54GB out of a possible 4.75GB. In other words, you're using 6.79GB more than your account can hold.
