I'm the admin for our Dropbox business account here at HRC. We've been using this account for years without any problems. All of a sudden yesterday and today I have users reporting the same error that the dropbox is full. When I check I can verify their claims and see that we have used all 2.5GB of available space. Somehow we seem to have a personal/free space limit applied to our account.
THIS IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM for our non-profit service agency.
Any help you can provide to resolve this issue and get us back up and running would be most appreciated.
I finally gave up and bought the Dropbox Plus account (OK, it was pretty hard resisting the 2TB storage limit!), but I *still* can't transfer files larger than ~2 GiB to my Dropbox account. I just now tried to upload a 4.37 GB file, and it failed with an unspecified error. I can divide up the file into pieces and store it that way, but if I want to share the file with somebody else, I must train him to download all the pieces and concatenate them. Must I do something else to earn this ability?
