I used dropbox several years ago and really depended on it, I really love it. Then it came out with the business features and everything like that, I signed up for the trial, but never really used it. Also, my business is just me, I just use a few different computers. So now it won't let me continue as an individual account, only as a business for a minimum of $45 a month, which is ridiculous. 

 

How do I go back to an individual and keep all the files I have in my current dropbox account?! I can't seem to find the answer and there is no way to contact support that I've found.

Since you mention that you can't find a way to contact our Support team, could it be that the team ended up in a locked state after your trial?
