I reset the password, but can't access the business account. 

I downloaded Dropbox on my Mac, and must have created a personal account under my work email. Help!

Hi @bluecrow65, thanks for posting today!

 

If you reset the password for your account, it wouldn’t affect your login in this way, since Dropbox accounts can only be associated with one email at a time.

 

Is it possible that you have a second email address associated with another Dropbox account?

If so, try logging into Dropbox with that email to see if you can locate the files on your account.
