I was charge $12.78 on Dec. 7 to upgrade my dropbox account, but when I login to Dropbox it still says I have a basic plan. I want to just cancel. How can I remove my credit card information?

Since you mention that your credit card was charged but you don't see the subscription applied, could it be that you upgraded another account?
You can use our lookup tool to find the relevant email address associated with the charge.
