Hey there @NoamDadia,

If there's no activity on your Dropbox account for an extended period of time, Dropbox will first notify you in an email.

In general, when an account closes, any remaining files in it will be subject to deletion, and you won't be able to sign into the account on the website or any other connected devices anymore.

If you want to keep your account active though, you can do so by:

  • Signing in to your account through the desktop app, the mobile app, or the website.
  • Viewing, adding, editing, or removing files or folders.
  • Sharing files and folders.

You can find more info about all this in this Help Center article

If you have any other questions regarding this, I'd kindly recommend contacting our Support team via email for a more in-depth look.

I hope this helps to some extent!

Hey again @NoamDadia,

In order to have access to your files of a specific account, it needs to be active. If the account is inactive, your files cannot be restored.

Having said that, have you tried logging into your account with the relevant credentials by any chance?

Let me know what you find!
