I have 5 licenses and only need 2.

Looking at your plan, there is no way to go from 5 to 3, as you are on our older (Legacy) business plan. Our updated plans (Standard and Advanced) only require 3 licenses, which would at least get you closer to your target, but you would need to upgrade your existing plan to one of them to unlock the ability to reduce licenses.  That said, our system schedules license changes at the start of a new interval, which means you would end up having to wait till it was renewal time to drop licenses.

That all said, I believe that customer support could assist with this, and find a way to move you to a newer plan, with less licenses, getting you into a state that is as close as we can manage to your desired 2 plans.  I strongly recommend opening a ticket with support, and informing them you are on a (Legacy) Business plan, but want to convert to a new Standard or Advanced play with only 3 licenses.   They should be able to facilitate the change. If you are unable to get assistance that way, please let me know and I can reach out to them as well and see if we can find a way to take care of you as best we can!

You wont be able to remove 3, you will only (possibly depending upon when purchased/renewal is) be able to remove 2 as 3 is the minimum number for Business.

To remove them on the account page of your Admin panel change the licences to -2 and that'll remove them.
