Can my subscription be put to pause on fees during the Corona Lock Down?

Hi Dropbox

I wanted to know if this is possible as a small business unable to work, Id like to pause the fees until things pass.

Please let me know what you offer as ive seen many other digital businesses offer the same understanding/support in this time.
