Can not change my billing details

Can not change my billing details

Good day. I am not able to change my billing details. When I go to settings nothing about billing comes up. I have tried at least 5 times.

For some reason Dropbox tells me the details are no longer valid, so I really need to get acces to the information.

I hope you can help me 😁

Hi @Danne L, thanks for messaging the Community!

 

It won’t be possible to view your current billing details on the site. You’ll need to update them manually on the billing page to the correct details.

 

If the update is failing, then you might need to contact your bank to see what could be causing this.
