So far I paid my Dropbox subscription with Apple Store account on my mobile.

 

I resiliated my subscription on Apple Store on my mobile because I want to pay this subscription with another method of payment.

I do not want to go through Apple Store anymore to pay this subscription.

Despite this termination on Apple Store I still can not see "Payment Method Tab" and even less "Update Tab" for select a new payment method and enter the requested information.

 

Does this mean that once we went by Apple Store to pay the Dropbox subscription it is no longer possible to pay otherwise?

Hey @richnc988, thanks for joining us on the Dropbox Community!

To change your payment method from iTunes to directly through Dropbox, your account will first need to get downgraded at the end of your current billing cycle.

Once it's downgraded, you will be able to re-upgrade with another payment method. 

None of your files will be lost when this happens, you'll just stop syncing if you're over quota, until you re-upgrade.

I'll wait until the end of the billing cycle (in a few days) to test your recommendations.
I'll give you feedback once tested.
