Can other users utilize my extra space, so that a shared folder doesn't affect their storage?

New member | Level 2

I have a folder on my private account which is 1TB. It is shared wilth others who are uploading files to it. It has come up their end that they are out of memory. Is that down to a setting my end or theirs?

It's not a setting. You've paid for 1TB of space; they haven't. Any member of a shared folder needs to have enough available space in their account to hold anything within that folder.
