Can't Access Old Account

Hi there! I have an old email address that I signed up a couple years ago to Dropbox. The password I have for it isn't working, and I can't go the "forgot my password" route, as the email account has been deleted - so I can't reset the password that way.

 

Is there a way to provide a secondary email account to reset the password for the old email address, and then change the email address to an active one?

Hi @jaimersonmills, I hope you're doing well today!

 

The easiest way to regain access would be if you have your account connected via a connected computer with the desktop app.

 

I'd suggest taking a look at this article here with some steps and suggestions on how you can regain access to your account when access to your email is lost.
