I can't sign in by any other method, as I have lost all other devices and don't have the 16-digit or 8-digit backup code. I have contacted the supported team but it's more than 2 days & I haven't received any reply. My ticket is 12440464 All my work data are stored in this account. Could you kindly have a check as soon as possible?

I have an access to my email, and when I'm trying to sign in, I need security code, but It does not come to the mail that I indicated when registering 8 years ago

Hi @lolded,, @viktorberglind thanks for messaging the Community!

In general, if you have two-step verification enabled, and don't have access to the mobile device, or the backup codes, then it won't be possible to regain access to your Dropbox account.

Are you certain you don't have any copy of the backup codes somewhere in order to login?

When was the last time you logged into the Dropbox account before today? Was it more than 12 months ago?
