I use windows 8.1 64 bit. I don't have firewall turned on, I tried accessing the site through chrome, Dropbox refused to connect. Chrome claims the connection is not secure. (Instead of a lock on the address bar it's an i) I tried using the desktop app, won't let me log in. I tried another browser, firefox or internet explorer won't work. I tried booting in safe mode, nothing. I cleared my cache and all Dropbox cookies, nothing. I could actually access help.dropbox.com, but that was about it.
I have no clue what's going on, I asked my friend online and they could access the site just fine.
