Can't access billing on one of my accounts

New member | Level 2
New member | Level 2

I have 2 accounts , basic and Pro (plus)

one is an annual and the other is monthly

The monthly one is the basic one.

I cannot find a button or tab in the plan page for downloading the invoice - the annual one has a billing tab (pro (plus))

The basic (monthly) one does not have a billing tab

Basic accounts are free, and thus have no billing, so the Billing tab is not available.

Hi there, first of all, the Basic account is free, so there should be no billing information associated with it, which is why you can’t find the billing details there.

The Professional plan, just so you know, is different to a Plus account. Could you confirm exactly which plan you have by visiting this page?

Since you have two payments, they must be for different accounts since you can’t have it for the same account.

Could you try using the credit card lookup tool to locate which accounts the payments belong to?

Let me know what you find out!

While that's true, the fomer name of a Plus account was Pro (not Professional, just Pro). People that refer to their accounts as Pro are usually the ones that started on a Pro account and are actually referring to a Plus account, especially when they list it as the OP did in this case; Pro (plus).

Could it be that you're looking at a downgraded account @bmlf ?

What does your account's plan tab state? You can have a look through the link below:

https://www.dropbox.com/account/plan

Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there!

PS: If you're indeed looking at a Basic (free) account, you can  subscribe to the plan that meets your needs through this page:  https://www.dropbox.com/plans
