Hi there

I have not used dropbox for sometime. But I get all kinds email that I need to upgrade. 

It is so frustrating not be able to log in and see what I have there before any furthur steps. but the account is locked on upgrade page!

I need to log in and see what I have there before deciding to Upgrade in any levels but it doesn’t allow me!!

How this things even works if I cannot even access my account??

Hi there @Souzan, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this!

 

Could you clarify for me, where are you trying to sign into your account from? For example, through an app (desktop or mobile) or the website.

 

If possible, please send along a screenshot of the page that you're stuck on there (excluding any personal info) as the visual would be helpful.
