Can't cancel my Dropbox Plus account to Basic

Can't cancel my Dropbox Plus account to Basic

I can't cancel my account, nothing happens if I click on "Cancel Plan".  I can click on "Switch to monthly billing" - it opend. I can click on "Get more space" - it opend.  Why can't I cancel?

Hi @Cantcancel - sorry to hear you're having issues with cancelling your subscription.

It looks like your browser is acting up. Could you try clearing its cache and/or an incognito window (with no extensions or plugins running) to see if this does the trick for you?

If it doesn't, you can give another browser a go too.
