hi 

ihave an account with an old email' when i'm tryin to cange the mail for the new one it saya that there is an account with this mail/

how can i delete the account?

As you're getting this message, then it means that the new email already exists as an account with Dropbox.

 

If you want to delete that new account, try logging into the account (resetting the password if need be) and then following these steps.
