Can't change my password.

My password is expired and there is nothing I can do to change my password. This is super frustrating. I tried to change the password in my account setting multiple times but nothing happened when I click save. 

 

Tried to reset the password but never received any emails. Added no-reply@dropbox.com into my contact list still never received any emails to reset my password. Then now I get the error "Too many incorrect attempts. Please try again in a few minutes." when I try to reset the password.

Why is it so difficult to just change the **bleep** expired password?

Hi @dave141, thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about your frustration. 

 

Did you also check your Spam folder in case the email went there and attempted to reset the password from a different browser? 

 

If you have and none of these did the trick, you can contact our team from this link (via an incognito window) to have a better look into it.
