Dropbox says to reach support (for basic) login and then go to dropbox/support.com. That makes no sense to me because when I was logged in, I saw no such link and the only thing click upon re support was LEARN MORE (about support) which started a circle of doom. My simple question is how to contact (not by phone) dropbox support. Thanks.
Also, for an inquiry such as this I have no idea what "BOARD" to select. I looked at the list and nothing matched my inquiry. What BORAD should I have selected? I just selected the one I choose at random. And. I was forced to select a label before I could post so I choose Team Member, which I am not.
