Can't log in from Iphone - Keep getting meesage that I have too many devices and need to upgrade

Hello,

I cannot log into my Dropbox on my iPhone...I keep getting a screen that tells me I have reached my plan's device limit but I only have 2 devices linked to it.  I don't want ot upgrade to Plus ...how do I I fix this please????

Check the number of linked devices on your Security page. You likely have more than two, perhaps with one or more appearing more than once. Unlink any devices that are not correct until you're down to two, then you'll be able to link your iPhone.

Hi Rich,

Thanks so much for that...it really helped.

I did find and old Blackberry listed that I hadn't used in 6 years!  LOL! 

Deleted that and all is well.  👍🏻
