Attempting to login to the DropBox Application does not work. I get a wrong username or password message, though I can log into the web site.
I've changed the password to try to get this working as I mentioned, but to no avail.
The Support site has a mindless chatbox. There are support tickets which they show you, but no way to open a new one.
Once I noticed my account was locked until I clicked on a "Yes this was me" box in an email inquiring as to who was attempting to log in. These are such absurdly unprofessional systems. I'm not sure what to do. I've been using Dropbox for about a decade, but they are going to such absurd lengths to not take care of their customers, I'm wondering if it's time to move on.
