I haven't been able to login on Dropbox website on my computer for weeks.
Every time i enter the email and password, the login page refresh and doesn't log me in, over and over, without any error message.
I tried different accounts (different emails) and different browsers (chrome, Firefox and edge), same thing every time. The same thing happened when i tried to submit a "forgot password" request.
I couldn't even submit a Help Request because the end thing happened when i clicked the submit button.
I had to post this from my phone.
Basically i can't submit any type of "request" on Dropbox website on my computer. I run windows 10.
I really don't know what to do! Thanks!

Hey there @Giordano00, sorry to jump in here, but do you happen to have any firewalls or security programs like antivirus running on your device that could be causing this?

Have you tried logging in with an incognito browser? If that works maybe it's an extension.

I haven't tried that and i really wished it would work...but it didn't.
It's so weird, I really have no idea what to do.

Yes I can. Using my phone or another computer, I have no issues.

Don't be sorry! It actually worked!
I first disabled the Microsoft Defense Firewall... no luck.
Then I disabled Bitdefender antivirus and I was able to login into my Dropbox account!

OMG, exact same problem here. I had trouble logging in with different browser, incognito, etc. but somehow phone was working.

 

Like you suggested, I uninstalled Bitdefender and now it works. Amazing. Thank you SOOOOO much.

 

I still don't understand why this happened. I had Bitdefender for a while and it used to work fine. Do you think I can reinstall Bitdefender again?
