Can't login to my previous Dropbox account with same e-mail

New member | Level 2

Hi there!

I wanted to login to my Dropbox account, but I mistakenly pressed "Sign in with Google" account instead of entering my e-mail (***@gmail.com), (and since everything on my phone is synced to Google, login went splendidly), and now I can't access my old account. When I login with mail and password, I come to a completly empty account.

Did I just override my old account in a way? Any way to go back and delete account I aparently just created while choosing Sign in with Google?

Regards,

Andrijana

If you've been allowed to create a new account then your old account doesnt exist for some reason. So, even if you chose 'sign in with Google' it would recognise your email and not let you.

What is www.dropbox.com/events showing?

Have you not used the account in awhile?
