Can't login using a mobile device (Samsung Galaxy). What to do?

I am unable to login to my account from my mobile phone (Samsung Galaxy S5) despite knowing my login details and also the fact that I can login fine on my desktop. Is there anything I need to do to login from my phone?

Based upon the sheer volume of posts there does seem to be some sort of issue yesterday and today (note not with the historical posts). 

Can I therefore please ask that to try and keep things in one place you all look at and follow Too many login attempts.Try again later ?

it says my login is incorrect on my phone.  checked and rechecked 100 times.  login and password work on my pc but not on my phone.

Exactly same problem with Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+. All login information is correct for sure, I tried with laptop and no problem. I uninstalled - installed the Dropbox but without any better results.
