Hi Dropbox team,

 

I've already tryied using different web broswers and two different credit cards that are working in other online stores, but I still get the "There was an error completing payment" message.

 

Is there anything else I can do?

Hey there @RitadeCassia, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this!

 

Could you just try using an incognito window to see if that does the trick? The error message is indeed very vague so this will help us to rule out most browser related issues.

 

If the issue persists, I'd suggest contacting our Support team for further assistance with this by filling out the "Submit a help request" section from here.

Hi Daphne,

 

Incognito window did not help.

I could not find an option that describes the problem I'm having here.

All I can see is something about a problem with a payment that was already done.

Is that the right place for looking into this?

From that page @RitadeCassia, you can reach out to our Support team so that they can assist you with the issue you're having upgrading.

 

You'll need to fill in the "Submit a help request" details to create a ticket. You can see this option from here:
