Can't recover the passwords for my old account (no emails recieved)

Hello,

 

I'm trying to recover my old account with some vital information, but I can't seem to get the email. I've tried all the suggested steps and nothing worked. 

 

The email is [removed per the Community's Guidelines]

 

Please help 🙂

If you were unable to find a password reset email in your inbox or your junk/spam folder, can you please clarify how long has it been since you accessed that account?

Could it be that it was closed due to inactivity perhaps?
