Can't redeem HP 100GB offer

Hi, I recently purchased my HP Laptop that was supposed to have a redeemable 100GB storage offer. However, after logging in with  my account, the storage space didn't update to the 100GB neither did I get any other message regarding the matter.

I was offered 100GB free on my new HP laptop (pop up from Dropbox) yet when I signed up I only have 2gb. How do I claim the other 98?
