Hi. I hope someone can help me, please.
I can’t use the email address, which I signed in to Dropbox account and I can’t remember my password either. How can I sign in to my account? Thank you,

Without access to the email address to get a new password I'm afraid you cannot. 

 

Are you already logged in on a device at all?

Hi Mark. Thank you for your comment. I even can’t remember why I had the Dropbox account as I used to use it more than 10 years ago and I can’t log in the the email provider as it is not available anymore. I pay £9.99 to Dropbox every month and because of my situation I can’t cancel my Dropbox. I tried to contact them so many times but no one is helpful. Because my membership is through PayPal, my bank can not cancel the payments either. Do you have any suggestions, please? Thank you for your time.

Hi @Gully, as this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

You can do this by logging into your account, clicking this support link, scrolling down to 'Submit a help request', and providing as much info as possible.

Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system!
