Can't sign in to my other account because I keep getting signed in to my first

New member | Level 2

I have 2 personal accounts on Dropbox. One was set up under my work email address (I was invited to Dropbox for files to be shared with me) and the other set up under my personal address. I can now access the account in my work email address but everytime I try and swicth to my personal email address account, it reverts back to the work email address sign in. Can you help please?

I'd be more than happy to help, I'll just need a bit more info just to make sure that we're on the same page. For example:

  • Are you signing out of your account before trying to sign in to your other one?
  • Did you by any chance select to Remember me when you first signed in to your account connected with your work email?
