Can you help me cancel a charge through the apple app store?

Got charged $313.59 CAD from Apple App Store because I accidentally hit the wrong button while checking my subscription, as a pensioner I can't afford this amount of money.
HELP!

Hey @Medicsteele, thanks for taking the time to drop us a line on the Community on this matter! 
 
From your description, it seems that you used your phone or tablet to upgrade your Dropbox account, so you must cancel your subscription through iTunes, depending on your device type. 
 
At this point you’d have to contact the Apple Support team if you wish to revert the charge, as the payment is processed on their system.
