I wanted to start a free trial but I forgot i was signed into an email that i already had a free trail with and it cost me 478 dollars.....I didnt want that at all...and I needed that money. Can I request a refund of some kind??? Please help...

Hi there @jordanliebrich; thanks for joining the Community and sorry to hear about this. 

 

As the relevant documentation outlines, in most cases, payments for Dropbox subscriptions and team member licenses aren’t refundable.

 

That being said, if you have an issue with your account, or think there’s been an error in billing, you can check your support options for more help.
