That depends on what you're actually trying to accomplish.

If you just want a folder that syncs between the two, create a shared folder and invite the other account to it. Anything placed in the folder will appear in both accounts.

If you're looking to merge the accounts into one, then no, you can't do that. You can move all the files from one account to the other (using a shared folder), but the accounts will remain separate.

What is it exactly that you're trying to do?

I have a paid account which I opened with my personal mail 4 years ago, then my clients share folders with my business account and my students with my college account, but the last ones are small and get overloaded, while I have plenty of space in my paid account. I wish I could transfer my files from one account to the other.

You can do that. Just share a folder between all the accounts, then move the files from the two smaller accounts into the shared folder. Wait for everything to sync fully. Once everything is synced, go to your paid account and move the files out of the shared folder to another folder in your account. They will be removed from the two smaller accounts.

Once you've done this, if you no longer wish to keep the smaller accounts active, you can delete the accounts completely.

Just know that there's no recovering an account once it has been deleted. Oh, and make sure you've logged in to the correct account before you try to delete it. You don't want to accidentally delete the paid account!
