Can you help with cancelling my Dropbox subscription?

I cancelled my subscription weeks ago, but I got an email today saying Dropbox was trying to charge my account and failed, but was going to try again. I don’t want this. How do I make sure its gone and won’t charge me? Ideally I’d like to not get any more emails either.

Did you go through the process on https://dropbox.com/downgrade? If you've cancelled from there, you won't be charged in the future. If you're unsure, feel free to contact our support team on https://dropbox.com/support

Update: Tried deleting my account but it wouldn’t let me cause it thinks I still have a Plus subscription, but I cancelled that weeks ago.

I was charged for my dropbox and sent an email to support due to me not being able to find how to cancel. Can someone help me please and let me know the process of getting my funds back.  And this is the email that was sent below:

 

Hi Bud,

Congratulations on upgrading your account to Dropbox Professional! This email serves as your receipt.

A detailed summary of your transactions with Dropbox can be found on your payments page, where you can view, download, and print your invoice. 

Email account: [personal information removed]
Amount: $19.99
New space: 2 TB

Sorry to hear that, @esavage. Please note that I’ve removed personal information included in your post for security and privacy purposes.
