I wish to cancel my Dropbox Plus 30 day trial before I am billed.  No matter which way I go, I am unable to resolve this.  I don't remember if I upgraded from my phone or laptop -- but, I've tried canceling from both avenues.  On my phone, going to my subscriptions - Dropbox is not listed.  On my laptop, I've tried settings/plan -- but then cannot find the option to "manage plan" as the instructions call for.  When I go into my itunes account, it shows Dropbox -- but there's no option that I can find to cancel the 30 day upgrade.  HELP!

Hey @Glo60, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this!

 

From what you mentioned, it sounds like you started the trial on your mobile device. Can you try following the steps outlined here and let me know if you can cancel the trial?

Daphne,

Unfortunately, this did not work.  My phone does not show Dropbox in my subscriptions.  I think I upgraded through my laptop.  Any further help would be much appreciated.

Out of curiosity, when you go to your Plan page online, does your plan show that the account is under a Plus trial?

 

If so, can you try going to this direct link here and let me know if that does the trick?

 

If not, then I'd suggest contacting our Support team by filling in the relevant details under "Submit a help request" from here.
