I'm trying to cancel my account. I don't have a cancel option under plan and I didn't sign up on my phone. There doesn't seem to be any way to contact the company or do anything but read about all the other people trying to cancel unsucessfully.  Anyone have any tips?

If you're not seeing an option to cancel, or to contact the support team, then you might be on a free Basic account.

 

Could you check which plan you're on here, and if you see any payments on this page?
