My 30-day free business dropbox account was cancelled and my account frozen. I thought i would be easy to pay for an extension to my business account, but found out it was a minimum of $750.00 per year (minimum of 5 persons). We are a 2 person company & can't afford $750.00.
I thoght I was going to lose my information sop I paniced and signed up for a family plan, but my partner could not join the account because it said "you already gave an account".
Therefore, I want to cancel my business account.
Before I subscribed to the family paln, the dropbox team was chatting with me continuosly. After I signed up for the fgamily paln, I can't reach anybody. I am completely lost as what to do. HELP!
