Cancel a business account I did not mean to buy

I noticed that dropbox charged me for an annual subscription to a business account. I had taken an extension to the free service to further test the platform. At the time I only agreed to a monthly payment. I have subsequently cancelled the account and want to ensure that dropbox will refund the $450 charged to my credit card as I do not need this type of account.

I tried cancelling the account and went through the directed process and requested an immediate refund, but it kept giving me an error message at the end of the process. HELP!

Hi @Valerie 246; welcome to our Community and sorry to hear about this. 

As you had some issues with this, I'd suggest that you reached out to our Support team for further assistance or a refund directly.

Just make sure to use an incognito window without signing into any account and from this page, click on the 'Need help with a billing issue?' button and submit a Help Request from the relevant option at the bottom of the page.

To make sure this will be processed correctly, input your payment's information along with an email address we can reach you.
