Hi all,
I have recently encountered a problem. One of my family member's dropbox subscription is linked to his work email, however, the company has closed down and the email no longer exists. Now he cannot log in and cancel the subscription but Dropbox is still charging him for it for the past few months. Any help would be appreciated.

As this is related to account and billing sensitive info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by logging into your existing account you can access, clicking this support link, scrolling down to 'Submit a help request', and providing as much info as possible.
The support team will be able to assist from there on.
