Cancel subscription in iTunes and remove Dropbox account

I am having problems removing my Dropbox account.

I canceled my subscription automatic renewal in iTunes but than I got an email from Dropbox that they could not bill me.

How do I cancel my subscription on iTunes, there does not seem an option to do so.

btw Tried from the Apple App Store too, jut all I get is a blank page.

In order for us to look into this matter in more detail, I’d recommend contacting the support team here, and choosing the ‘how to cancel/refund your subscription’, and then filling in the details further down as best as possible.

 

The team will then be able to look into this matter in more detail. Hope this helps!

I tried here: https://www.dropbox.com/support/email

 

But when I select the Payment Details dropdown option and select Google Play / Apple app store, I get this message:

We are unable to provide refunds directly for Google Play or Apple App Store purchases.

 

My options to SPEAK TO US are:

1. Live chat

2. Email (see above)

3. Community (this)

If that's the case, try contacting iTunes support directly to confirm that the subscription has been fully cancelled on their end.
