Trying to cancel a dropbox subscription. Instructions take me to settings which show no current subscriptions. I don't want to be charged in 60 days. I cannot even delete the icon. No customer support and not a real person on the chats. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @terrificas; welcome to the Dropbox Community and sorry to hear you're having issues with cancelling your subscription.
It sounds like you're looking at a free account on the Basic plan, but just to make sure we're on the same page, could you please let me know what your plan tab reports at the moment?
While we're at it, did you upgrade your account through our website directly or via the app store on a mobile device?
