Canceled free trial but billed

Hello, I have a problem with my account. I tried free trial and i canceled until 25.4. but now i can see the invoice on my account. I would like to upgrade now but only for Dropbox PLUS for 119dolars/year. Now my invoice is for 199dolars. How can i write to somebody from dropbox?

Could you let me know which trial you signed up for?

The invoice you're mentioning appears to be for a Dropbox Professional plan. What plan do you see on this page?

Have you tried contacting the support team directly for further assistance?

I got billed $127.79. I nearly never use Dropbox. Can you please cancel this amount? Or discounted? LMK

Hi @Athena Walker, as this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link

Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system.
