Canceled subscription, credit card still being charged

I've cancelled my subscription and was told I was being moved onto the free service, yet my credit card is still being charged the monthly fee.  I no longer have access to support via live chat/phone and the Chat Box isn't helping.  Can anyone suggest how else I can resolve this?

You'll need to contact Dropbox Suport directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
