3rd month trying to cancel subscription!

This is beyond ridiculous. I did the trial so that I would not lose photos on my tablet. My daughter helped me and because the amount of space required, we activated the trial so I could fix my tablet and keep the photos safe.

Because the subscription trial activated through google play, we tried to cancel there (As per the site) but alas, NO Subscription there!

Spoke with chat of both and none can help me.

Now the subscription is coming up to 11.99 per month and there is nothing we can do to cancel it. My daughter said she will have to cancel her bank card just to get this sorted, which incurrs a charge.

It is a complete joke and they just try and stop you cancelling. It better get sorted before my daughter has to cancel a card...

If you're being charged through the Google Play store, then you'll need to contact them for assistance. Dropbox will not have access to your subscription as it's being managed by Google.

If you started the trial on the Dropbox website and are unable to cancel, you'll want to contact Support directly.

You have to cancel the trial via Google Play if thats how you did it - Dropbox have no access to that information to do so.

Whats worth remembering is that the email account you have on the subscription may not be same as your GooglePlay account.

Make sure you contact them for help.

I forgot to cancel my dropbox trial so i was charged 14 euros. I only did the trial so i could have more space so i could download some mlovies that i could watch on the plane when i was going on vacation. I thought i cancelled it but i must have forgot. Can you please refund as i really need the money

Refunds are generally not available unless legally required. You can contact Support directly and they'll be able to determine if you're eligible for a refund.
