Cancellation of free prescription

I cancelled my free subscription over a week ago!!!!! Today I've received an email saying that Dropbox was trying to charge my account but failed! I have cancelled! I do not want to receive any more emails regarding payment! How do I make sure that I won't be charged? This whole process has been a nightmare and very unhelpful!

Did you originally upgrade using our website or your mobile device? 

 

If it was through your mobile, was it an iOS or Android?
