Hello ? Can you tell me how will I know if my subscription is cancelled besides through an email please because I want to cancel my free trail so I won’t be charged but that option isn’t available. However, I tried choosing a plan and then it gave me the option to cancel it . I cancelled it but I’m still not sure if it was cancelled because I haven’t received an email. It did tell me if I resubscribe , my new plan will automatically renew at the selected price unless cancelled . Does this mean that it is cancelled already and I don’t not have a plan ? If so , why do my Dropbox account state otherwise?

Hey there @User2509, thanks for reaching out to us about this. 

 

You're right, if you downgrade through Dropbox, you shoudl receive an email confirmation.

 

You can also confirm your downgrade on the website by going to the Billing tab in your account settings, and clicking Change next to Billing period. There, you should see a notification titled Plan downgrade scheduled.

I downgraded through iTunes . So, the “change” .. next to billing period isn’t there .

Thanks for getting back to me, @User2509

 

Since you used your iOS to purchase or start a trial, you'll have to get in touch with Apple support for more info.
