Cancelled Dropbox Plus but still getting billed. How do I make it STOP. When I call support I cannot speak with a live person and none of the recommended online methods work. Very frustrated and will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company unless I can get some help.

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
I have done as you suggested to no avail. Will have to file a dispute with my credit card company unless you have another suggestion. I spoke with a Dropbox customer service person (whom I believe was in India) via live chat and after 30 minutes said that my issue was beyond his expertise and he gave me the same advice as you.
