I signed up for the Dropbox free trail, to download COVID safety poster, once I’d done this I realised I wouldn’t need to use Dropbox for anything further and immediately cancelled my trial and subscription. I now see I should have received a cancellation email which I didn’t, I am not being told they are trying to take payment for my subscription (which I cancelled). I’ve gone through all the different help sections and the options offered aren’t there, ie; go to setting, subscription, cancel plan etc. Done it all and can not cancel my account as apparently cancelling subscription is not the same as cancelling my account which is what I need to do. I have totally no need for Dropbox and just want to leave without being charged
Hi I cancelled through my phone and I have checked with the App Store and that just says I need to resubscribe but I still got an email from Dropbox saying they are trying to take money from my account. Worried as I have cancelled but they are emailing about money when I am not using it at all.
